Tosin Olonisakin
Bio :
Tosin Tunrayo Olonisakin is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology and Behavioural Studies at Ekiti State University, Nigeria. She has Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in psychology. She is currently an Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Health Sciences, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. She is a social psychologist with research interests in group relations, the psychology of minoritized groups, social justice and inclusion, and group discrimination and mental health. Her research focuses on how group diversity in multi-group societies affects national identification, outgroup tolerance, group survival motivation, and intergroup conflicts. She is engaged in understanding how group differences affect national cohesion and aims to build practical models for sustainable peaceful group relations in Nigeria and Africa.
