Jennie Zimmermann

I am a 3rd year mental health nursing student with an interest in the history of mental illness and its role in society, in particular the meaning of “hysteria” and the concept of personality disorder. I have also completed degrees in philosophy in which my focus was on the ontology of mental illness. I hope to complete a PhD on the relationship between society and psychiatric symptom expression.
