Deborah Wright

Dr Deborah L. S. Wright, is a BPC registrant, a Psychotherapist in private practice and an Academic, Lecturer, and the Programme Director of the Clinical Professional Doctorate Programs, in the Department of Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies at The University of Essex, as well as an Artist, Printmaker, and Illustrator. Her academic research and artwork, relate to humans’ relationship with their environment- spaces, places and rooms. She has written on spatialisation and her new book, 'The Physical and Virtual Space of the Consulting Room: Room-object spaces’ explores her concept of ‘Room-object’ spaces, clinically, and as a social phenomenon.
