Dr Christopher Scanlon (DPhil) independent psycho-socialist Researcher/Consultant, Consultant Adult and Forensic Psychotherapist, Training Group Analyst (Institute of Group Analysis (UK) and the Irish Group Analytic Society), professional associate Tavistock Institute for Human Relations, associate lecturer in Psychosocial Studies at the Tavistock Clinic and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). He has published widely in the field and I has a particular interest in housing unhoused minds, and most recent book (with John Adlam) Psychosocial Explorations of Violence, Trauma and Exclusion: Unhoused Minds and Inhospitable Environments seeks to explore themes of power and privilege and ‘homelessness” in the context of complex psychosocial processes of traumatisation with particular foci on migration and climate change. He is a Founder member of APS and serves as associate editor on the Journal.
